My Project
COVID-19 has impacted student learning through a lack of hands-on activities while providing more screen time. The requested resources include manipulatives, write and wipe boards, and math kits that will allow students to critically think all about issues that affect them in the world and how they can make positive changes. The science kits provide them the understanding of how things work in our environment, such as the planets, water usage, eco-systems and matter. Working collaboratively with other students and making team decisions help students become better learners and how to show gratitude and forgiveness while also having empathy towards each other.
