Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help my students have flexible seating in the classroom. This project will also allow my students a space to store their belongings, so there is more room in the classroom to complete guided reading stations and individualized stations. The crates will be completed with a lid made of wood, foam for cushioning, fabric, and a vinyl top to keep them clean and reusable each school year. These crates will also allow students to move their seats in order to collaborate with other students in the classroom for extra support.
