This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello! My classroom was chosen to be a part of NYC Computer Science for All (CS4ALL) this year. This is such an amazing opportunity and partnership! To make the most of this opportunity for my students, we need support to get devices. Post-pandemic, new and incoming students have no devices. Our school is located in the South Bronx and 100% of our students qualify for free lunch. We depend on donations from beyond our local community to make dreams possible!

With access to devices like these Fire tablets, my kindergarten class will develop basic skills manipulating algorithms and coding.

These children are our future and they need to become tech savvy to succeed. Please consider helping our amazing students!
