Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students love playing together. These students like hands-on learning activities. They participate in STEAM fairs, STEM clubs, and Science clubs. They take education very seriously but they need to be constantly engaged in learning to maximize success. These students love technology, manipulatives, and problem based learning experiences. These students love to lead their learning experiences. Our students are very curious by nature. Our scholars need more resources to help them maximize learning potential.

Our school is a STEAM project based school.

Students learn the importance of critical thinking and teamwork. Our curriculum helps our scholars build confidence and reach new level of abilities.

Our parents came to our charter school with hopes of receiving the best education they could get in a public school. We need your help to make our school all it can be. These scholars are already very smart. They just need a leveled playing field. Our scholars need a small boost to help them prepare to compete globally be having access to advanced technology.

My Project

This projects has a lot of small coding activities that will enhance learning for scholars. Scholars will learn to code using Makey Makey kits. all. These supplies include an age appropriate activity for all levels of learners. Students will use the Robots to explore ways to code for lower elementary students. Students will have fun in small coding centers.

These coding activities will give scholars a chance to learn about STEM careers.

Students will get real world hands on learning opportunities. Students will learn through inquiry based activities. Students will understand what a computer programmer does and how people and speak to computers with codes.
