My Students
Our school strives to find the leader in all students. Every child has capabilities, talents, and strengths; sometimes, all it takes is exposure or motivation. The students I coach strive for excellence. They all inherently care about one another and continually make an effort to improve in all aspects. Due to COVID not all students are able to afford items that are needed to participate in track and field.
My Project
These items with help my runners have an outlet from school and COVID. Getting these items for them will allow them grow stronger physically and mentally. Being apart of the track team will allow these ladies to build lifelong relationships with their teammates. This is also a chance for them to find something they are passionate about. Most of these young ladies a runners from last year but lost the opportunity to participate because of COVID. My young ladies worked hard all year to maintain their grades and changed their behavior in order to be apart of the team.
