Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The Allstate Foundation's generous support has ignited our enthusiasm for an innovative project aimed at empowering our first-grade students to become philanthropic leaders. To achieve this, we urgently need new speakers in our classrooms. These speakers will serve as the auditory gateway to a world of creative ideas, enabling our young learners to engage with captivating videos that showcase diverse opportunities for raising funds for a good cause. By enhancing the audio experience, we are not only providing our first graders with an immersive learning environment but also laying the foundation for a generation of compassionate individuals ready to make a positive impact on the world. Together, with improved audio capabilities, we aim to inspire and guide these budding philanthropists as they embark on a journey to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

These newly funded projects will enable our young learners to explore avenues such as supporting animal shelters, assisting the needy in our local community, organizing bake sales for charitable purposes, and even expressing gratitude through heartfelt letters to our dedicated custodians.

The enhanced audio capabilities, made possible by the Foundation's generosity, will serve as the gateway to a world of possibilities, allowing our students to absorb, engage, and ultimately champion causes that resonate with their compassionate hearts. Thank you in advance! We can't wait to get new speakers that will also allow us to become Fundraising Firsties!
