My Students
These students are some of the most incredible students I have had the pleasure to work with. They are so empathetic and want to understand each other on a deeper level. They support each other in their educational journey and motivate each other to do better. They keep the classroom fun and light by making jokes and keeping positive attitudes. They're such a creative and loving bunch and I'm so excited to be a part of their journey.
My Project
These are everyday materials like paper, index cards, scissors, etc. These items will be used everyday in class to further their understanding of ELA topics and engage them with writing assignments. They will glue sticks and markers to make posters about topics like themes and settings to provide them with a visual understanding. Things like headphones will support students who listen to audio books while they follow along allowing for them to hear how words are accurately pronounced, tones of passages, and so much more. The outdoor equipment will support them in recess by providing them with an outlet to exert their energy productively and be prepared to come back to class focused and engaged.
