Help me give my students notebooks and writing supplies that will provide a place to apply and practice their phonics learning and improve their writing fluency.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help our readers get off to the WRITE start! Writing is an essential component in learning to read and reading to learn. These materials will motivate and guide students as they focus on letter formation, spacing, and becoming fluent in their writing.
Students will love having their own notebooks and will be motivated to improve their writing fluency.
The composition notebooks and writing tools will be used during our reading groups when students practice targeted skills. The lined composition paper will help guide them as they practice correct letter formation and spacing. Ribbon and stickers will be used to personalize notebooks and motivate students. Writing tools and organization materials will help us get off to the right start as well.
This project will support students across all grade levels. Thank you for helping our learners develop their writing fluency, a lifelong literacy skill!
