Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I co-teach a self-contained class with six amazing students. They come to school each day with a desire to learn, explore, and create. My goal is to provide them with a nurturing and supportive environment where they can thrive academically and express themselves creatively.

To create an effective learning environment, my students need basic classroom supplies such as Kleenex tissues, disinfectant wipes, and pencils.

These essentials help us maintain a clean and organized space, which is crucial for staying focused and ready to learn.

In addition, I want to encourage their creativity through art, which is why I am also requesting arts and crafts supplies. These materials will allow my students to engage in hands-on activities, boosting their creativity and critical thinking skills. By integrating art into our lessons, I hope to inspire my students to express their ideas and emotions in new and exciting ways. I am also requesting fidget toys to give out to them for positive reinforcement.

With your generous support, we can provide a well-rounded classroom experience for my students. Clean and organized spaces will help them stay healthy and focused, while the arts and crafts supplies will offer them a creative outlet to explore their talents. These resources will make a big difference in our daily activities and contribute to a more engaging and dynamic learning environment.
