This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am excited to fundraise for Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) books for kindergarten through 2nd grade! These crucial early years shape children's understanding of themselves and their relationships with others. By providing books focused on self-management, social awareness, decision-making, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making, we can help young learners develop essential skills for life.

Books are a powerful tool in this journey, sparking curiosity and empathy while offering relatable stories and characters.

They invite discussions about feelings, friendships, and problem-solving, making complex concepts accessible and engaging. Your support will help me create a library that nurtures emotional intelligence and fosters a compassionate community. Together, we can empower our children with the tools they need to thrive!
