This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Playing with friends in STEM centers, coloring, and PE games are everyone's favorite activities in first grade!

Help us refresh our classroom materials with a new speaker for music outside, new puzzles and building materials, sets of colorful markers for art projects, little animals for imaginative play, and disinfecting wipes to help us clean up at the end of the day.

First graders are full of energy and less structured playtime helps them develop social skills with their classmates, explore topics that interest them -- like dinosaurs and farm animals -- and nurture positive relationships at school.
