My Students

My students are my life! For me, making their lives better and more enriched is my passion! We live in the urban city of Charlotte, and I have students of every kind. The diversity is amazing. We have students of all races, religions, and socioeconomic statuses.

My students are scholars!

Often, I get visitors observing my class, and they see a variety of things happening such as me standing on desks, singing, dancing, experiments, stations, collaborative group work, or students teaching other students. My students have a thirst for knowledge, and they always strive to fly higher than the rest! We are Ravens!

My Project

Kids are born to wiggle and move! In this DonorsChoose project I have included 10 more seats that move like the kids do. I am asking for 4 wobble stools and 6-floor cushions. When students are able to move and wiggle their focus increases.

I would love to give some comfortable seating alternatives to my students.

I have a few flexible seating alternatives, but with a class size of 27-34 I need more! My goal is to have enough alternative seating for at least 1/2 the class. I also added a few other side items like tape and heavy-duty staplers.
