My Project

My students earn classroom points daily for showing effort during small group instruction and good behavior. When they achieve their goal in points, they are allowed to choose a prize, candy or treasure box. My students often look through the treasure box but don't find many things they want.

I would love to give them more enticing and exciting prizes to even further motivate them to achieve their goals.

Inner motivation is often hard to increase, without spending money out of pocket. In 2025 3rd graders have many varied interests, and I need to offer a variety of tangible rewards.
