Fun in the Kitchen

Help me give my students the freedom of dramatic play using a safe and sturdy play kitchen.

My Project

We at Fort Benton Elementary believes that play should be imaginative, safe, and inspire creativity.

Play kitchens are a great way to encourage little ones to play different roles and give them the freedom to explore imaginative scenarios in a fun way.

Some great benefits of using play kitchens can have for children are, creativity and imagination, fine motor skill development, visual recognition skills, numeracy skill, planning and organizing, social skills, teamwork, and greatly enhances language and communication skills.

Our classroom is not a very big room, so the L-shaped design of this kitchen would fit perfectly in a corner of the classroom that is otherwise wasted space.
