Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are curious, hard-working, and happy to be in school. They have made the most out of this difficult situation. Everyday they bring a positive energy and a zest for learning. They have been my role models during this school year. They are the real superheroes.

My Project

Due to the unfortunate pandemic last year, something positive came out of it, students received iPads. With this amazing new addition students are able to stay engaged in the classroom and have fun while doing so. My students love going on their iPads on various apps for different lessons. And as a teacher, I have really liked being able to use less paper and post assignments online for students to complete.

With all of that being said, I have found that often children bring their iPads to school daily but there is not enough of a charge to last them the entire day.

With this charging station, students would be able to use their iPad and remain engaged and participate for the entire day.
