Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students come from a variety of backgrounds and many come from families which are struggling to make ends meet. Due to this, many of my students are coming to school hungry and their parents are unable to provide them a daily snack.

We have the final lunch of the school day and my students would greatly benefit from a morning snack to help them get through the day.

It is so much easier for students to engage in their learning with a full tummy. This project would fulfill this need!
