My Students

My students are in kindergarten and are 5-6 years old. They are young and excited to learn at school. They come in every day ready to learn something new. They learn best through hands-on experiences. I want to provide my students with the best possible learning experience that I can. Our Title I school is located in a small town. It is a wonderful school to be a part of. Students come in and are welcomed by school members who want to help them succeed.

My Project

Kindergarten is a special place where students come to learn academically, how to socialize, and get along with each other. This year we have started doing more STEAM activities.

My students absolutely love doing STEAM activities in small groups.

We now have a "Makerspace" area in our classroom as one of our centers. At this center, students are able to work with their team to create something out of nothing.

We have collected supplies for our STEAM activities but we have nowhere to store them. This storage shelf would be perfect for our needs. This shelf also comes with clear containers. My students would be able to see what is inside each container and access them quickly be themselves.
