Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are smart, compassionate and loving. They are eager to learn despite the circumstances and environment. It is essential for me as their teacher to facilitate their learning experience from home. Although we know that this experience shall pass we must continue educating our students outside the classroom!

My Project

It is essential for me as a teacher to offer meaningful learning experiences to my students. My students should not be limited in the lessons I provide for them. Having full access to PowerPoint, Word and Excel will help me develop lessons that will enhance my students learning experiences. As an educator we have access to Office 365 however, I have learned that the functions are limited. As an educator, I want to develop interactive lessons in PowerPoint without having to constantly replace functions because certain features are not available unless you have full access to Microsoft Office. The lessons that I will be able to develop once I have full access to the applications would be interactive and will allow me to explain abstract concepts while accommodating all learning styles of my students.
