My Project

My students like to help others. They also realize how it feels to watch “hangry” lives into happy lives. This project will allow my students to help others have food to help curb the hunger that makes individuals feel like their basic needs are lacking. The community service club loves to find projects that change lives

The goal for this Community Service project is for the students to make bags of food to get individuals through 1-2 days.

The students will put an encouraging card in each bag to help with their emotional needs as well. The school community is a great place to serve. This project will assist the whole school, by giving food bags to any student in the building that is in need of food.

There are several things that this project will accomplish a few things. It will allow students to meet their primary needs, which fight hunger. It allows the community service group to change the perspective of hunger to hope for a few days. It will also allow the students to realize how blessed they are to be able to help others.
