Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

State testing is right around the corner, and my students are working hard to prepare! These assessments require focus, stamina, and confidence, but it’s tough for them to do their best on an empty stomach or without water on hand. That’s why I hope to provide nutritious snacks and reusable water bottles to energize them and prepare them to tackle their big exam.

Many of my students have expressed how much a small snack and sips of water help them stay focused and motivated throughout the day.

Having access to brain-boosting snacks like granola bars, crackers, and fruit snacks will ensure they can concentrate on doing their best without being distracted by hunger. Additionally, reusable water bottles will eliminate their need to get up during the test, helping them stay hydrated and focused without disrupting their concentration.

Your support will make a huge difference in helping my students feel comfortable and prepared during this important time. A little fuel and hydration go a long way in setting them up for success, and we appreciate any help in making this happen.
