Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of my high school students come to class hungry, which makes it difficult for them to focus, stay engaged, and perform at their best. Hunger can be a major distraction, especially for students who may not have access to consistent meals at home. By providing snacks in the classroom, I can help ensure that students have the nourishment they need to stay attentive and ready to learn. Snacks will be used to support students throughout the day, especially during long periods of instruction, testing, or high energy activities. Your donation will make a meaningful difference in their education!
