This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
This project for snacks and water will greatly benefit my Title I students by ensuring they have access to snacks. My 8th graders have lunch at 10:13 A.M. but don't dismiss until 3:50 P.M., leaving a long stretch of time without nourishment.
Additionally, I aim to provide immediate incentives during class to boost their motivation and participation, encouraging them to stay engaged and work hard.
Recognizing their achievements with meaningful rewards will inspire them even more, fostering a positive classroom environment where effort is recognized and rewarded. Your donations will provide essential snacks and immediate incentives, helping bridge the gap between lunch and dismissal for our 8th graders. These items will boost motivation and engagement, rewarding their competitive spirit and encouraging active participation in learning.
Our goal is to ensure every student feels supported and motivated, and your support will empower them to thrive academically and beyond, showcasing their resilience and eagerness to learn despite challenges.
