Frustration in Second Grade. Technology & Book Help!

Help me give my students materials to help them grow. The open mobile charging cart will save so much time, confusion and fights! In my room we work hard on social and emotional skills! Thanks for your time.

My Project

In my second grade classroom we use technology every day. Each student has their own Chromebook provided by the school. One thing that would make our time easier is the mobile charging cart. Right now I have two power strips plugged into an outlet, all the wires ran and sitting inside a desk with the Chromebooks stacked on top. It causes a lot of unnecessary frustration!

We do a lot of small group work at my table in my second grade room.

Having the things for my personal computer will help with space during these times! My students have whiteboard desk tops but no erasers for them! The erasers and wipes will help keep these clean and new!

Social and Emotional skills have always been very important! Since the Covid shutdown we see a huge impact on students in this area. Many of our kids have zero idea how to regulate emotions, explain their emotions and what to do with them. The books I currently have in my cart will help target areas I know my upcoming students need help with.
