This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Attention Arsenal Tech Alumni, Former JROTC Cadets, and patriotic supporters! Our Cadets are on a mission of epic proportions - and no, it's not a 10-mile ruck march (this time). We need a large format printer and supplies. Why? Because right now, our visual aids look like they were printed on a grocery store receipt. Our event posters are the size of index cards; our training diagrams look like Egyptian hieroglyphics; and our leadership diagrams are so small that only ants can read them!

How can we inspire the next generation of cadets when our materials look like they were printed on a 1995 fax machine?

With this large-format printer, we can print full-sized leadership charts (because squinting is not a leadership trait). We can design high-impact event banners that command attention (and don't blow away in the wind). We can create sharp-looking recruitment posters that make students stop and say, "Whoa, JROTC is awesome!".

We are on a mission to go big or go home - because in JROTC, we don't do things halfway. Printers don't grow on trees, and our budget is tighter than a freshly shined dress shoe. With your support, we can turn our plans into posters, our vision into reality, and our JROTC program the best on campus. We can take our program from tiny printouts to larger-than-life success. Because, in JROTC, we lead. We excel. And we definitely don't settle for tiny charts! Thank you in advance for your support!
