My Students

My students are a bundle of vibrant and excited learners! They are from a Title I school located in Los Angeles County. Many of them come from low-income or at-risk homes with limited resources. Yet, despite these challenges, my students engage wholeheartedly in the opportunity to learn, grow, and make mistakes trying. They have a growth mindset and I love it!

My students are curious, kind, creative, and hardworking.

On top of that, when it comes to technology, these 21st century learners are all hands on deck! They eat up technology for breakfast and come back for more after lunch. This is especially true during these times of remote learning.

No matter the difficulties of life, my students desire to flourish, gain new knowledge, and have new experiences. They come to the virtual classroom each and every morning with huge smiles on their faces, desiring to please their teacher, ready for discovery, and willing to work hard. They encourage me each and every day to continue to give my best, just as they do!

My Project

The need for efficient technology in my classroom has never been greater than at this present time. Now, more than ever, my students need their teacher to connect with them in innovative and engaging new ways. This desktop and head set will give me that opportunity.

This new equipment will open the door to greater processing power which equates to better communication, timely applications, and ease of use.

All of this will mean more effective teaching and higher learning outcomes. I can reach my students with the confidence I need to carry my instruction into the 21st century.

Many times, our school budget cannot offer the support we need as teachers to do our job well. This is why the generosity and support of those like you mean so much to those like us. We look forward to your partnership in making this project a reality! Thank you so much!
