This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students love to cook and learn about healthy eating habits. We currently have a hydroponic garden where students grow herbs and vegetables from around the world. They not only research these herbs and vegetables but also graph and chart their growth. Our students are in need of an Electric stove/oven in order to use the herbs and vegetables to cook delicious healthy recipes. Our students will bake and cook these recipes in order to sell their goods to raise money for others in need during the upcoming holiday season.
