My Project

I think the way a classroom looks, sounds, and smells is so crucial to student learning. I find that students thrive in environments that have a balance of academic stimulation, sensory comfort, and organization.

I have ordered air fresheners and refills to curb unpleasant smells, tennis ball chair covers to muffle the sound of chairs, a pencil station, a wireless speaker to provide additional audio, and a presentation clicker to allow me to move around the classroom.

I take pride in creating a classroom where students WANT to be and I believe these items will help me create that vision.
