Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are special in all of their abilities. My students try their best and never give up. They have their own personal obstacles yet they come to school with a smile on their face ready to learn. These materials will help my students have access to the materials they need to start the year. The beginning of the year can be difficult to navigate as we wait for parents to bring supplies, and then realize the students will not have the ability to bring in the things they need. The folders will help students organize their classwork. Construction paper will be utilized for arts and projects. The headphones will be used for our tech classes. Many times students won't have headphones or will have headphones that plug in which can create access wax. These headphones will serve them for the years to come. Throughout the years the students create projects to show case their learning and we sometimes lack material to present their work. This project will help each child have access to materials and books they will use all year long.
