Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As we close one school year and begin another, the materials my students use are gone! Most of the materials are consumable and they wear down with use! Particularly, pencils and pens are the number one requested items.

"I let my friend borrow it," is what I hear time and time again!

At the middle school age, materials are easily lost. This school year, the goal is to create a system so that students don't lose materials as easily.

Additionally, requesting materials that I found would be useful for instruction that I did not previously have, would be great help! I love having my students do gallery walks that promotes reading without feeling like they're just sitting there. The clipboards and markers will help visually and physically stimulate students! Lastly, ink to continue printing for my students as that is our number one tool!

I really look forward to expanding my use of these instructional tools and continuing to be a resource for my students.
