My Project

As we are starting a new literacy curriculum, my students will have to read the required texts in French and in English. We are in a Dual Language setting where content in taught in English and in French. In order to complete the end of module tasks, students will need to read, understand, and analyze grade level literature . I want my students to have access to the books they need for at least module 1 and 2.

These books will be used in my classroom during guided reading time.

Students will also read them with a partner as part of their book club groups.

I have requested two to four copies of each book so that we can have a class discussion about story elements, text to text connections, and cross text synthesis.
