This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Pickleball is a lifetime sport -- it is accessible to almost every age group (infants unincluded!). There are many in our community who love pickleball, including some of the older population. They would like to teach and play with our students. There are many students who want to be part of this afterschool pickleball team. It's such a unique opportunity for my students, as this sport is not one most of them have the opportunity to play.

Help me give my students pickleball paddles so they can learn a lifetime sport and connect with their community!
