My Project

This laptop will be a necessity when creating and implementing lessons. It will play a huge role in helping my students succeed to the best of their abilities. My goal is to promote independence in my classroom. My students are all on the autism spectrum and face multiple challenges. Some of my students lack essential daily living skills and life skills. As an educator, it is my role to reach each individual student on their level, while still setting high expectations for them to succeed.

This laptop will help greatly in finding resources, collecting data, assessing and using data, creating lesson plans that accommodate multiple learning methods and much more.

It is very challenging for a teacher to teach based on goals without the proper tools. The students in my classroom would benefit from a more hands-on experience that will enable them to live a more productive life. As an educator, I believe that equity is meeting each individual student's need.
