My Project

I absolutely love how curious and resilient my students are. They come to class each day ready to learn, and I want to create a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and inspiring for them. Many of my students face challenges outside of school, so I strive to make our classroom a safe and engaging place where they can focus on their education and feel valued.

The resources I’m requesting will help create an environment that fosters both comfort and productivity.

The rug will provide a cozy area where students can gather for group discussions, collaborative work, or even quiet reading time. It will give our classroom a more inviting feel and help students feel at home.

The fairy lights will add warmth and a calming ambiance to the room, making it a place where students feel relaxed and ready to focus. Sometimes, small touches like lighting can make a big difference in creating a positive atmosphere, especially for students who may feel overwhelmed or anxious.

The calculators are essential tools for my students’ success in math. They will enable them to tackle more complex problems and focus on developing their critical thinking skills without getting stuck on basic calculations. This is especially important for students who may not have access to these resources at home.

My goal for this project is to create a classroom that supports both academic growth and emotional well-being. With these resources, I hope to provide my students with a space where they feel encouraged to take risks, ask questions, and engage deeply in their learning.
