My Students

I am a kindergarten teacher in a Title I community school.

My classroom is often their first time in school and I would like to be able to continue to provide my students with all they will need to make their educational journey with me an exciting and interesting one!

My Project

Developing a child's love for reading starts with making available a variety of literature to choose from. With this project fulfilled they will be able to choose books that interest them. Picking anything to read that piques their interest is the beginning, whether it be a comic book, the newspaper funnies, a sign hanging in a window or books about cars, dolls or superheroes! It is fact that the best way to increase reading ability is to read more. With your help I can give my students that opportunity of choice. Be the opportunity that knocks on our classroom door and fills a bookshelf for our future Readers.
