My Project

I am hoping to receive a big book display to use during our shared reading lessons. This would help make sure all students see the words and stay engaged in our lessons. During these lesson we often read chorally (out loud together) and even with a big book it can be hard to ensure all students can see the text.

Students really love our big book lessons.

We read both fiction and nonfiction texts and learn about a variety of text features and focus on the authors craft. I want to remove any barriers that may prevent students from engaging in this learning.
