My Project

This project will help give the studeents the opportunity to be motivated to do their best work. When students can see an immediate tangible reward that is obtainable, they perform on a higher academic level. It is my obligation as a teacher to motivate the students to do their best on all assignments.

The mini magnetic drawing boards, jumbo slime kits, fidget toys, and more that I am requesting are items that will motivate students to focus on the lessons and the items can promote healthy competition among the students.

Furthermore, the students will learn that hard work in the present will allow them to receive a reward once their assignment is complete.
