Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a Teacher, Coach, and Athletic Director in Harlem, New York. The kids I coach are some of the greatest kids on the planet. They are grateful, hard working, and love each other and our team with a passion.

Unfortunately, we are a school that does not have its own athletic field.

Our kids have to either walk or take public transportation just to practice on a city park. Our local park is under construction and now we need to walk and carry our equipment all around the city! This is a huge obstacle for us.

If we could have equipment that we can use INDOOR, it would help us teach the game of football at a way more convenient level!

This would be a complete game-changer for us!
