My Students

I am a teacher of some wonderful special education students. I feel truly blessed because my students are kind, funny, creative, and pure at heart. All of my students have learning disabilities, and some of them are language learners as well. My students deserve the best, but, unfortunately, we do not have many resources available. Please help me help my students reach their potential.

My Project

Unfortunately, many of my students come from low-income families, or have parents/guardians who cannot not provide them with a healthy meal for a variety of reasons.

Sometimes, I hear my students complain that they have not eaten all day; therefore, they cannot study.

My hungry teenagers cannot learn as well as their peers. The nuts, granola bars, and the rest of the snacks will provide my students with the energy they need to be active in class.

Please help me give my wonderful students nutritious snacks that will help them stay healthy and learn better.
