This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

High school students often face long hours of intense focus, making it essential for them to have snacks readily available to help sustain their energy and concentration. As they navigate challenging subjects and participate in extracurricular activities, their brains require a steady supply of glucose, which is the primary fuel for cognitive function. Healthy snacks, such as fruits, nuts, or yogurt, can provide the necessary nutrients to maintain alertness and enhance memory retention. Moreover, taking brief snack breaks can serve as a mental reset, allowing students to refocus and approach their studies with renewed vigor, ultimately improving their overall academic performance and well-being.
