My Project

A majority of my students come from low-income, trauma-impacted households. They have difficulties in maintaining safe, positive behavior when they feel anxious, overwhelmed,

I love to watch my students succeed and feel proud of themselves at the end of a great day.

If you know anything about middle schoolers...THEY LOVE SNACKS! These food based incentives will give my students something tangible to work towards throughout their school day. The sensory/toy/electronic based prizes will allow for students to have a variety of incentives to choose from!

These items will help keep my students on track so they can utilize the strategies I teach that encourage positive and appropriate coping skills they can use throughout their lives.
