My Students

Imagine students excited for a school lunch?! For some, the food provided at school makes up the majority of the food they eat during a week.

We are a school located in Massachusetts.

We service 7th and 8th graders. Our students come from all backgrounds and we are very, very diverse. With this comes many, many challenges, for both ourselves and our students. We would like to be able to support them in any way possible.

My Project

These food items will go home in backpacks to feed families who may be in need of a bit of assistance. The backpacks are then returned on Monday to be used again the next week. I cannot underestimate the challenges many students and their families face. Your contribution can fill bellies and ease minds!

Not only will you be helping us feed our students, but their siblings as well.

When students are focused on where their next meals are coming from, they are less likely to focus on their school work or even attempt homework. When you enter school distracted in the morning or are concerned about not having access to school breakfast and lunch for two days, you are less like to work up to your potential.
