This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As we navigate these challenging times, we are acutely aware of the hardships faced by underprivileged students and their families in District 7 of the Bronx. We are Speech-Language Therapists serve the South Bronx. It's a vibrant borough, where there are countless families who face daily challenges due to financial constraints. These families struggle to make ends meet, often lacking access to basic necessities that many of us take for granted. That's why we are reaching out to you, a beacon of hope in our community, with a heartfelt request for food and bare necessities donations that can alleviate their burden.

Your support could make a world of difference for these children and their families.

Donations of non-perishable food items, hygiene products, and essential household goods would go a long way in ensuring that these students and their families have access to nutritious meals and a dignified way of life. With your generosity, we can create a safety net for those who need it most, helping them to focus on their education without the constant worry of hunger or lack of essential supplies.

We cannot achieve our goals without the generosity of compassionate individuals like you. Your donation, no matter the size, can make a tangible impact on the lives of these families. It can provide a child with access to quality education, offer a parent the opportunity to learn new skills and secure meaningful employment, and ultimately, uplift an entire family out of hardship.
