Help me give my students the Kids Kore Wobble Chairs. These chairs are designed to help students focus on the work before them and not on their surroundings.

A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
My students live in a rural community. They come from hard working farming, mining, and migrant families. School is a priority for these families, however some parents work long hours and aren't home after school to help their students with homework and extra practice. Nonetheless, my students are willing to work hard to succeed, because they know that an education is the key to opening doors to their futures.
They love reading about what is happening in their world, what has happened in the past, and what might happen in the future.
They ask questions during math. They want to know why. It's exciting to see their faces light up when they finally understand how to do a math problem on their own or when they can read a whole page without a mistake!
These successes have been hard to come by in the past year. Covid-19 has impacted my students in a way that was not foreseen. They are behind in most areas, especially reading. When they started school this year, they did not have the skills needed to continue their learning. They need more time and intense intervention to help them catch up.
My Project
The chairs and books I want will help my students stay focused on what is in front of them. The chairs are designed to allow for movement without disrupting learning. They will be placed at the work table at the back of the room where I work with small groups to improve student learning.
The books I have ordered span the diverse interests of my students.
If a student picks up a book about a topic they are interested in, they are more likely to read it.
All of these items will help my students stay focused on learning. They will help create an interest in reading. Reading fluency is the area which was greatly affected by the setbacks in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.
