My Students

Many of our students come from shelters and single-parent homes, therefore, they're lacking supplies for school. However, they come excited to learn every single day. It's difficult to facilitate a good lesson without the much-needed technology that would enhance their learning because many can't afford it for home. We’re lacking technology accessories such as headphones laptops and iPadsin our classroom. Any aid will be beneficial and a welcome change for our students who come ready to learn each day despite their needs and deficiencies. If you’re able to, please reach out to our students!

My Project

My students are excited about learning especially when they get to use technology. However when our class works in the computer based reading and math programs it’s difficult for them to hear because they work on different tasks. These programs have audio which distracts other students. Please help our students achieve their maximum potential in the reading and math programs by providing the headphones which will help the children stay focused on their task without disturbing one another. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
