My Project

My students are a wonderful group of young adults with disabilities who are over the age of 18 years old. They are in my class to learn job skills and get hands-on experience so that they can get competitive employment upon graduation.

My students are visual learners and need a lot of visuals to support comprehension.

They learn best by watching me. So on a daily basis, I use a projector to show them step-by-step instructions on how to fill out job applications, create a resume, watch videos relating to work, etc. We currently have an old projector that does not provide sharp images of pictures and text, making it hard for my students to see at times. I feel that having a new projector would help solve this problem!
