Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We're hosting a book drive at our school, which primarily serves the Somali community. Our goal is to ensure that students and families who visit can receive a book to enjoy and read. The students are excited about the opportunity to give back to their own community, and with these books, we aim to provide reading materials for families to enjoy at home.

We're inspired by the kindness and eagerness of our students to help out those in need, and through this initiative, we hope to make a positive impact on our community.
