My Project

This project designed to create a safe, comfortable, and conducive learning environment for our special education students. By providing essential cleaning supplies and sensory tools, we aim to remove barriers that could otherwise affect their focus, comfort, and well-being. This project seeks to ensure that each student has the resources they need to thrive—both in terms of a hygienic classroom space and tools that help with sensory regulation.

Offer Sensory Tools: Providing students with tools like fidget toys, noise-canceling headphones, weighted blankets, and visual timers.

These tools support students in managing sensory needs, which helps them focus, regulate their emotions, and remain engaged.

Create an Inclusive Environment: Both the sensory tools and cleaning supplies are designed to meet the individual needs of students, whether they require a quiet space to focus or the opportunity to self-regulate with tactile tools.

Provide Access to Cleaning Supplies: Ensuring that the classroom remains a clean, healthy environment. Supplies such as disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizers, and all-purpose cleaners will help maintain hygiene and reduce health-related distractions.
