Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My scholars are the nation's next leaders. Every day, students are engaged in mathematics, science, engineering, and technology-based curriculum and projects. Their increasing curiosity in STEM-related professions are beyond imaginative as they strive to become extraordinary students.
My students are ambitious, innovative, and critical thinkers.
Every day, they put their best foot forwards to take advantage of meaningful learning experiences that will last a lifetime. They exhibit high levels of motivation and work extremely hard to be successful in everything they put their minds to.
My Project
Being a teacher at a STEM campus, my students are coming to school every day to participate in meaningful learning experiences. It is important that students are exposed to technology, careers, and experiments that will be beneficial to their growth and success as learners.
A drone for my classroom will bring great excitement to my students and provide them with more STEM learning experiences.
This gadget has become popular among people of all ages. The STEM projects that are provided with the drone align to what the students are learning in the classroom. Creating real-world experiences for students makes learning fun and increases content retention.
