My students have awesome imaginations and love to explore fun activities. They come from low-income households and have not had much experience with the world outside their small community. I have no idea if I will be teaching at home or at school.
I would love to have a Flocabulary License to ease the tension and use no matter if I am at home or in school.
This awesome site not only allows the students to learn, but does it using Rap and many other forms of music.
My Project
I am so excited to teach with the 100s of awesome songs using Flocabulary. We all know what it is like to get a catchy song stuck in your head. With Flocabulary the catchy song anchors an awesome way to learn a new strategy and remember it as they sing the song to a loved one at home.
This is what Flocabulary does for each student as they sing catchy songs to learn so many new strategies in language, math, social studies, and science.
Many of the lessons use Rap, which my students love and relate to. Flocabulary is something I will be hearing for years from my students as they continue to sing these catchy songs each year!
