My Project

Gone are the days where you are expected to sit in a chair at a desk all day. That doesn’t work for many students that have ADD or those that have a hard time regulating their energy in the classroom. I believe it is important to give all students access to success in the classroom. These flexible seating options will support many students that have a hard time staying still during class time. These cushions, chair bands, and donut seats will give them sensory rich tools that they can fidget with and wiggle without being noticed by others students. Something as simple as a seating option can protect and restore a student’s confidence and dignity in the classroom.
